Authorities say the young artist Noah kalob Lee phelps AKA “PH3LPZ” was found dead Monday night 9:47 pm authorities also report he had marks on his neck from what seemed to be as if he was strangled to death. He had no source of ID to identify the victims body and was noticed by cameras from a local restaurant mugshots and tracked the licenses plate number on a black Lexus LS 460 L to the address afflicted with the vehicle, he was only 19 years old born on March 16th, 2000. As his peers say he was on his way to an associates house to record a track for his upcoming album “Midnights Revenge 2” his family has not released information if they are going to release the remaining portion of his work but the future will tell it all, have his soul in your prayers.
