NYPD were called to the Envy night club on the intersection of Jerome and Fordham Avenue after a shooting took place in the parking lot around 12:35 am Sunday morning police have indentified the shooter as 20 year ramzi Othman of the Bronx police say they responded to a call of a shots fired incident after a victim was shot twice in the leg and shoulder the victim stated him and Othman got into a disputed argument over a spilled drink the victim bumped into Othman inside the night club Othman demanded the victim to buy him a new drink the victim refused that is when the victim stated Othman made threats to “shoot him” the victim stated he then left the club as he was walking to his car that is when Othman approached him and fired two shots the victim was transported to upstate hospital with none life threatening injuries Othman was charged with 3 felonies including aggravated assault
