On Saturday the 26 of January 2019 at approximately 3:58pm, a young unidentified 10 year old boy walked into the Royal Hotel in the small town of Drouin Victoria and viciously attacked a young woman at the bar with a rag covered in a wet substance. After the young woman had fallen to the floor he sprinted out, threatening to rape anyone that follows him. A photo has just been publicly released and police are urging anyone with information to contact crime stoppers
