In a report by Galsgow University, Greenock has been issued as the town with most found "neds". This term describes a street hooligan. Greenock is known for it's teen social hangouts and the much noticed disturbance in neighbourhoods. Inverclyde Police now state: DOYOUKNOWHEREYOURCHILDISGOING
