Garfield HS Set To Close in 2020 For Renovations

Seattle Public School Board (SPS) recently voted to temporarily close one of the most famous high schools in the city for a year in order to do renovations. The school district is still working on a plan to figure out what to do with the current students. Mr. Zimmermann, one of the English teachers at the school who also helps with the student newspaper, told reporters: "This is absolutely outrageous and Seattle should be embarrassed."
