An 18 year old male of North Virginia Beach area was pulled over driving recklessly near the oceanfront this Friday evening. Several calls were made complaining of the man getting out of his vehicle at stop lights to dance in the street. The man was apparently dressed as celebrity Ellen Degeneres, stating he was going to a Halloween party. Eye witness interviews state that his car was filled with shoe boxes and they were spilling out. He is being identified as Hunter Allen and currently held at the local precinct.
