Former Army Vet, Wilbur Thomas Armfield III, has lost his chance to collect October 2016, second largest power ball payout in lottery history. The estimated lump sum take home, of over $575,000,000 was never claimed by Mr. Armfield, despite numerous attempts to contact him, and will now be deposited back into the Pa lottery account. Pa lottery only allows 11 months to claim your winnings. Unclaimed lottery funds are donated back to the Pennsylvania Lottery association.
