Jose Amaya C.jr, a young male,15 ,arrested on late April 15, facing multiple charges. 9 P.M is the time which took place of the crime. Colin,henderson , age 34, is victim of the home invasion, suffering from minor injuries such as bruises and a blow to the back of the head that was said to 'knock him out cold'. Luckily for Colins surviellence cameras, Jose was seen fleeing the scene in a light blue honda, accord. police later caught the vehicle parked in a nearby CVS with only him in the passengers seat. Police,later say he is not the only one in connection of the robbery.Jose, is said to be "under the influence" during the crime past taking.
