A 11 year old Georgian boy by the name of Billy Benkson is evading police after he was caught on camera stealing Ben 10 DVDs from a local WalMart. Reportedly when he was confronted by a adult he said "F**k off b**ch!" and ran out of the store.
Police have said he is harassing people in the streets asking them to buy him a Omnitrix. He has yet to be caught and arrested.
