Wenseday night Atlanta Police Department sheriff and officer Yang responded to a call from a local law school professor , He reported shots being fired behind the building " Im not sure but I'll say I heard about nine or more shots sir" he stated . At the crime scene investigators collected fifteen bullet cases from a 9.5 gun . The victim Brianna Hernandez was shot several times and rushed to near by hospital she is now in ICU unit . Brianna was a student at Emory Law School . She was just arriving at the office when she shot . " It accords to me that whoever done this wanted her dead .. and we will find you you hear me? Even if I get zero hours of sleep we will find you and you will pay for what you did" sheriff Umar stated . " I kept calling her and calling her and calling her no answer i thought maybe she's busy I gave it time no answer I had friends call no answer then I thought oh something is Wrong I would never of thought this would happen" Jasaline Brianna's mother told police . Brianna's a mother of one , Selena Hernandez ,she also takes care of her youngest brother Tasjapher Granciano and younger cousin Taleb Vasquez . Professor Henry Wants the press and everyone else "To know that we will find who did this we will get Justice for Brianna this is not over this is going to be a long journey but you can bet your pockets we will find you!" .
