Bella Miller of Calgary Alberta has some explaining to do. While coming in from outside she dropped a piece of dog poo ???? on the back porch.
Bella commented that she's a part of the new recycling program the city has put in place. It's much more cost effective than having a big truck drive around picking up recycling bins.
