Campbell man George Mrakovich 45 was caught running around on bright avenue 1:00 am Friday Oct 27th intoxicated and only in a giant diaper yelling trick or treat . Waking up the residents on bright avenue. A call was made to the Campbell police department . And officers came to the scene Mr. Mrakovich was aprehanded and taken to jail this morning.
