Rosie R. Rocco of Avonmore has been charged with the theft of hundreds of traffic cones. Local authorities believe she hoards them and makes club houses out of them for her and her 40 cats and 10 dogs. Authorities found the stash in her back yard with her in one of her club houeses. Her bail of $500 was paid by a anonymous source on the promise she gets help for her traffic cone addicition.
