44 Year Old Thomas Cooper pulled up to the shell gas station in Blue Ash around 8am this morning to get gas on his way to work. Witnesses say that Cooper pulled into the pump first, but another eager driving backed into behind him to get gas at the same pump. Cooper proceeded into the gas station to pay for his ass, but when he came outside to his surprise the other vehicle was pumping the gas he had prepaid for. Witnesses stated Cooper walked up to the vehicle and stated "Nigga what you doing," but the other male 56 year Tim Weller african american male stated "He didnt have time, he was in a rush." Witnesses says Cooper grabbed the pump and proceeded to beat Weller with the gas pump. Weller was arrested for theft and taken into custody and is being held on bond. Cooper was given a verbal warning by officer on the scene.
