21 Savage just had his ICE case in Georgia closed by a judge, but it's not exactly as big a break as it appears.
We're told a judge gave Savage credit for time served. 21 no longer has to perform 1,000 hours of community service. The judge cited 21's federal racketeering case as a reason for the decision. 21's lawyer, Alex Spiro, tells TMZ ...because Savage is incarcerated on the federal case, they can't enforce him to serve more time in the case. The Fulton County D.A.'s office had no comment.
21 faces life in prison in that federal indictment.
