Saturday November 20th, around 5:45 P.M local Ogden resident Renae Hutchinson was taken into custody after a drive by shooting near 2nd and Washington. The victims whose names are not being released yet were transported to Ogden Regional where one is going under immediate surgery. Hutchinson refused to talk and asked for a lawyer.
