Hello everyone I am writing to you from Japan right now, I am in the city of Hosaka. I am so far away everything is so great here! Everyone speaks Japanese, some people speak a little English but overall I do pretty well! Contrary to what one might think Japanese do not only eat sushi at meal time, they have come up with a super complete and varied diet
Here everyone thinks that I ate fries two or three times a week, they made me laugh! Everyone thinks that of Belgians
I was surprised to see that in Japan, people have no problem falling asleep no matter where they are. In the morning on the subway, everyone sleeps! It is rare to see someone awake.
Otherwise the schools here are very different from those in Belgium. Learning is very important and it’s much stricter here. It is not uncommon that at the end of the day we must help the housewives so that she can return home earlier. Cleanliness in schools is very important.
Fashion is very important in Japan, everyone has their own style and nobody is in judgment. I have yet to see anyone dressed in the same style as at home, they must have taken me for a clown when I arrived at their ahaha!
