Colton Funderburg after a drunken night at talledega was so angry he saw a mother and her baby outside a gas station. When Colton became impatient and proceeded to swing on the young mother (Julianna Richards age 19). After beating her unconscious Colton let out a huge roar before stealing the baby and throwing it off a bridge. Police say the baby was found impaled into a tree. Colton began fighting 7 officers and began biting 32 year old (Officer John Rodgers). Rodgers lost two fingers and is currently in a coma due to the beating he suffered. When caught Colton could face life in prison
