Kodak Black reacts to humorous “rapper” on Instagram Live

Early Monday morning at around 2:45am, rapper and social media star Kodak Black started a Instagram Live session, as he usually does. But this time Kodak decided he wanted to give back to his fans by listening to their own creative and humorous music.
Kodak started off the live chat with his viewers by listening to some SoundCloud Artists that were “name-dropped” in the chat. Kodak didn’t seem too interested and, to be fair, the music was mediocre at best. Until something sparked Kodak’s interest.
Kodak began listening to a parody of his own song ‘Codeine Dreaming’, a song he created while collaborating with Lil Wayne. But this time around, the song was titled ‘Produce Dreaming’ by a SoundCloud rapper that goes by the name of “Gucci Lain” another clear ripoff of Gucci Mane.
But this isn’t the first time the SoundCloud Rapper has created parodies. Gucci Lain has also created other parodies of popular songs. For example, he has recreated the late XXXTENTACION’s song “Look At Me”, which quickly rose Jahseh Onfroy to fame, and YBN Nahmir’s song “Bounce Out With That.”
But to our surprise, especially with how godawful the quality and lyrics of the song are, Kodak actually enjoyed himself. Kodak described the parody as “goofy” and “lowkey fire.” Kodak also states that he “[wishes] the best for Gucci Lain” and tells him to “keep going.”
