Kenosha police have found leads that have lead them to a suspect who has been tied to a string of unsolved killings dated as far back as 1995. Chicago police used DNA evidence to link Mustafa Young-EL to two separate killings in 1995 in the then Cabrini Green housing projects which has now been demolished. This effort also alerted Waukegan and Milwaukee official to 6 slayings between the two states. Victims have not been disclosed and police believe Young-El is in the Kenosha area.
