Greenville plumber charged with laying heavy pipe. Detectives say Mr. Brown aka Top Gun was arrested and charged for laying pipe larger than specified and was in violation because it surpassed legal limits. Sources close says the pipe was “Humongous” and have not seen nothing like it before.
