While the victim treese was walking in the hardcore streets of lock haven... This 650lb woman stopped Mr. Treese and told him that she needs a kiss and if treese denied that she would tie him up and fart on his beard.. Treese tried to escape but the woman clothes lined treese and got him to the ground and started to squat down but treese rolled out somehow and the woman fell down while squatting and was stuck... So treese notified authorities and the woman was charged... Come to find out she shit her pants so treese made it out with no damage..
