Yesterday Night October 28th Kevon "Williams" Hawkins Was Located On Earl And 3rd St . Police Stopped A Black SUV For Doing 30mph over the speed limit. When attempted to stop Hawkins Proceeded at a High Speed Chase. He was responsible for Hitting Two Bystanders Which where reported DOA at the scence at 5 Am. Recently Hawkins Was jus released from Minnesota Corrections in St Paul. Alcohol blood level was 0.015 which is two times over the limit. Hawkins Was detained and charged with double Vehicular Homicide. This case is still under further investigstion.
