An applegate male, Tyler Rzadkowolski, 21, reported dead this morning around 6:00am. A heartbreaking car accident has been the cause of death. As authorities arrived the scene, Tyler was reported dead upon arrival. On his phone, a note said this, “At 21, i found my true love.
