Workers at Harrison pavilion found having an orgy. The kitchen manger said she walked in Wednesday morning about 11am and found her workers having an orgy in the activity room . She described the scene as horrific .. Shocking and couldn’t believe what she had just witnessed. She said one worker she knows by the name of DaQuanna Ford was bent over in doggy style position getting her ass ate from the back from a resident that’s there for rehab.
