If you look at Bentley Warren, you'd never know he was a millionaire. Laid back, humble, cool and collected is how his mom and dad describe him. "He only gets excited when someone comes to the house to visit." said his proud parents, Dan and Debbie Warren of Hickory, North Carolina. "He thinks everybody is his friend!" That might be an ever growing problem because now everybody will want to be Bentley's friend! Especially since he won the Westminster Kennel Club and Dog Show annual essay contest "Make A Wish For A Dog" in June of this year! This year's MAWFAD contest had the largest entry pool to date with over two hundred thousand dogs entering the essay writing contest. Purina, along with Barkley's and Mendota, joined together with Westminster and almost one hundred other pet supply sponsors to create an all star line-up. This year marked the 10-year anniversary partnership between the Westminster Dog Club and MAWFAD and the top prize added up to over one million dollars in merchandise and cash prizes! Bentley's winning essay will be published in the Westminster Dog Show annual BEST IN SHOW publication that will be released in late October and the essay will also be published in the winter issues of Dog Lovers Magazine and Dog World. We congratulate Bentley on becoming the first Dog MAWFAD Millionaire! Bentley is getting ready to travel the country making new friends so don't miss meeting him when he comes to your city!
