In a ruling Thursday the National High School athletic rules committee has voted to allow the use of 2-piece uniforms, and are now requiring the addition of out of bounds ropes to be added to all High School wrestling mats. In years past athletes have sustain injuries caused by being thrown from the mat. The rule changes are to be in place this winter sports season. Along with 2-piece uniforms wrestlers will now have the option where masks. They will now be allowed to go coast to coast and perform high air borne moves from the top rope!
