Authorities got called last night on six Street in Shelby Ohio, when Officer Jeff Lacy shows up he sees a woman running down the street with a arm full of food, when he approaches her he asked her where did she get the food, she replies back I stole it from my parents house and what are you gonna do about it! Officer Jeff Lacy identified the woman as Katie Kelly!
