New Carolina law has halted any and all construction work until 12/2017. Officials are saying it is due in part to the excessive heat and high humidity that has swept the south. Violators will be heavily fined and could face a maximum of 30 days in jail per case. This includes all contractors, roofing repairs, masonry, etc. For more information contact your local government officials.
