20 Year old male, which has been identified as Gerald Sharp Jr., was shot and killed by off duty police officer. Police officer claims Mr. Sharp had a gun but there wasn't one at the time of the initial report. For confidentiality, the officers' name will not be released until a investigation has been processed.
