Reporters say a 21 year old male was found in the waters of Genesee Valley Park at 7:35pm Tuesday evening in Rochester,NY where he was later pronounced dead at Strong Hospital. The body is a match to a young man by the name of Melvin Tolbert-McDonald. Melvin will be leaving behind his son Katai. If anybody has any news on the situation you can contact the city police.
