Special Investigative Counsel Bob Mueller handed down shocking D.C. indictments today against Paul Manafort and surprisingly Kirk Cousins of the Washington Redskins!
Cousins brushed aside most reporters questions en route to his attorneys office but when asked if he was aware of a possible pending indictment and if it had anything to do with his performance yesterday he responded: “Yeah., it was definitely on my mind when I threw that last interception.”
When asked if knowledge of a pending indictment had anything to do with them refusing to sign Cousins to a long term contract team owner Daniel Snyder would only say: “Of course., we knew the possibility of it all coming down but still., Kirk didn’t like it.”
