NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — A 15-year-old boy was injured Thursday night in a drive-by shooting outside of an apartment building.
Officers were called around 8:45 p.m. and boy who was shot in his upper left thigh.
Police say he told officers he was outside in apartment building talkings to friends and family when they noticed a dark-colored vehicle parked in the alley of Marshall Courts.
