Wayne Angnaluak of gjoa haven nunavut was bored one day and decided to make a plane Out of scrap metal to make a lifelike model of a plane and one day decided to put a Snowmobile engine on after his snowmobile track ripped of he said it doesnt fly but it takes him to the stores and where ever he has to go around town.
