Murderer and arsonist Spencer Ray has been convicted to death row. Crimes include murder of his sister. Her body was found in the sewers with the words "You'll float to" on her clothes. Other crimes include suspected fires. When we asked about this Spencer stated "Fires? Oh yeah that's cuz my jokes are flame" he will be sentenced to the electric chair in 1 month
