Due to staff shortages the Cincinnati and Columbus Zoo have donated 500 monkeys to the state of West Virginia to replenish Correctional Officers. Not only will the monkeys receive free health benefits but will also be paid in bananas making them higher ranking and higher paid than any other Correctional Officer working for the state.
