GUITAR CENTER TO BUILD NEW LOCATION IN NEWBERN

Guitar Center board of directors announced that they are building a new store in Newbern, TN. There decision was based on numerous complaints from various customers that driving 2 hours from the Newbern area to Germantown, TN was just too much and wished there was a location closer. GC cares very much for their customers and wants to continue a professional but personal relationship with each and every one of them.
GC has not made a decision as to where the new store will be located in Newbern but are looking at couple of places in the downtown area and one on Hwy 77 near McDonalds.
The store will be hiring 10 people when they first open. Some of the positions have already been filled by local residents. Gary Lovell will be working the electric guitar department. Rick Ellis will be maintaining the drum department. Billy Bowles will be the manager greeting everyone with the famous line "well you know how it is sometimes." Wayne Tosh will be taking care of the acoustic guitar department. Lloyd Finch will be maintaining security at the new store.
Guitar Center looks forward to serving the people of Dyer County, especially Newbern......
