Aug 25, 2017 - QUEENS — Two teens were arrested after getting caught on police surveillance video raping another teen in the Jamaica Houses, cops said. NYPD officers monitoring surveillance cameras saw two men chasing another screaming for his genitals.
The male teen was a known stripper and exotic dancer for the popular C4T (Crips 4 Tranny's), a rap group started in a Jamaica Housing Complex. They ran from rivals and promoted equality for the transgender community.
