Witnesses say that as they was walking past a park they saw a shoe on the floor . They began to think it belong to a homeless man but than realized that A foot was stucking out of a bush . They walked towards the bush and found the dead body of Mia Haynes they found her school Id in her back pocket . Further information will he released later on tonight on Fox 5 News @ 10pm
