15 year old, Kevin Lopez was Street Racing in East Los Angeles on March 5th, at 1:30am. One casualty recorded on the scene. Witnesses report that the Dodge Hellcat was rear ended by the blacked out Chevy Camaro hurdling the Hellcat into the bridge which turned into a huge fireball. Leaving behind Friends and Family.
