At Providence School, in Jacksonville, Florida, a teacher has been using a fake wig for years to get away with his male pattern baldness that he doesn't want students to know about! Ben Stauffer, a high school current events teacher, has been buying the wigs from a Jax Beach wiggery, unbeknownst to students.
Students have had a mixed response to the revelation. Gabriella Caballero, a senior, says it doesn't bother her. "Mr. Stauffer never really cared about us and we don't really care about him, so I could care less what he does with his appearance," says Caballero.
But Greg Jones, another Providence student, didn't approve. "If he can't be truthful with his hair, how could we trust him to govern our class! He should be fired!" says a disappointed Jones.
