Fortnite Drum Gun Buffed, Fans Are Outraged

Shortly after a nerf for the Drum Gun, Epic Games buffed the Drum Gun’s damage to 50/55 per body shot, and 100/110 per headshot. Epic is receiving an astonishing amount of backlash for this decision, and have not yet replied to a request for comment.
The Drum Gun was brought back to the Battle Royale of Fortnite as part of the game’s Unvaulting/Nexus event. Players got to choose which weapon to unvault, and also saw the Volcano erupt, demolishing Retail Row and Tilted Towers, two of the game’s most prominent locations.
Epic is also under fire for a recent document that exposed the work crunch problem going on at Epic Games. The removing of siphon mechanics is also a reason Epic Games hasn’t been faring well. Tim Sweeney hasn’t responded to comment on all the current backlash. We will keep you updated with any new changes.
