Around 2:04 AM last night, in the South Los Angeles area, Jordan Carter was pronounced dead after a fatal accident on the road. Officials say the young rapper was driving the vehicle under the influence of many controlled substances. There were 2 other people in the car with him at the time (names not enclosed for their protection). Officer Juarez who was on the scene of the incident says, “It’s a tremendous fatality.. all we can hope for is for this dangerous fad to end.” More information will be disclosed shortly.
