A Haverhill man and his brother are in custody after what police said was a regular traffic stop that turned in to a high speed chase that ended when the subject lose control and crashed in a ditch the suspects then fled on foot shortly after they were caught and questioned one of the suspects is Lorenzo Cuevas 29 of Methuen Massachusetts who is currently on probation the other suspect his older brother Joshua Cuevas 34 of Lawrence both suspects are due in court Tuesday morning
