On August 29,2018 Charles was stopped for speeding on I-10. When the officer walked over to the vehicle, he noticed Charles was acting nervous. The officer called for back up and when back up came Charles proceeded to shoot both officers. Both officers died on the seen. Anyone that has information leading to his arrest please call the FBI.
