Authorities state that Janice Corley of Lebabon TN would wait til her husband was sleep to sneak out of the house and visit nearby nursing homes. She would then use her credentials as a notary to gain access to the facilities and tickle the feet of the unsuspecting Male victims. Families of the victims have come forward on just how traumatized this has left their fathers, uncles, and brothers
