Ervin is our only customer that cannot receive a turbo package from us or ship one to us without UPS destroying the package. It’s now happened 3 times in the last 3-4 years. Then they attempt to hide the destroyed package by putting the damaged package inside of a new cardboard box. Hmm...UPS sucks.
