The arrest of a 16 year old boy Daniel Howard of West Side Campus for the killing of Tashad Peppers. Investigators say this was a planned out shootout we will follow up with news 12 with further information on the murder. Four people were wounded in a shooting around midday this afternoon, officials said, sending pedestrians fleeing the streets in terror and drawing a flurry of heavily armed law enforcement officers to the scene. Police said they believe that a woman found dead inside the building from a self-inflicted gunshot wound was immediately rushed to university hospital.
