Rapper Osoarrogant Quan was Riding down West Kimberly when a White suv pulled on the side up him and let shots off. A witness told police the victim, a 14-year-old Kid, was riding his bike down Kimberly then someone fired shots then fled in a white-colored SUV.
The Rapper was taken by ambulance to Kish Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
On kim about 6:45 p.m. a 15-year-old man was shot in the leg in the hillcreast. He was taken to Kish Hospital where he was listed in good condition, police said.
The victim told authorities he was riding his bike down hillcreast when a group of men pulled up in a white-colored SUV and began firing, hitting him in the right thigh.
