Late on Saturday night Brogan was spotted running around roker carrying a furry hat that she claimed was her cat .
It is believed that she was under the influence of crack/cocaine and alcohol. When asked about the incident at the police station she said that she was on an ‘absolute madden’. Later that night she escaped the prison and police are looking for any further enquiries about her whereabouts.
